Bill Carpou took over at OCTANe 18 months ago with the mission to increase Orange County, California's image as a technology super hub. Through programs like the Medical Device Investor Forum and a new emphasis on helping local companies stay in the area, OCTANe is one of the most innovative industry council's in the medical device space.
