CEO Adrian Mendes explains why 20% of patients who have undergone a lumpectomy must undergo a second operation to remove cancerous tissue that had been missed. Perimeter recently released the positive results from its pivotal study showing it more effectively addressed residual cancer at the surgical margin during surgery as compared to current standard methods.
